The submission is anonymous, do not mention the name of the authors on the abstract. Please use the following template (doc format).


Guidelines for writing papers

To facilitate the publication workflow, authors are expected to respect the following guidelines:
Download the template for writing papers (.doc format).

Write your paper using this template and the styles it provides, without modification or addition.

Write your paper in English or French. The abstract will be written in English only.

---

Insert the pictures (of at least 300 dpi resolution) in the file, making sure that you have the right to use and reproduce these images.

Do not exceed the number of pages indicated in the template: 10 pages for oral presentations.

Upload your .doc formatted paper on this site before September 30, 2012.

• Connect with your login and password.
• Open the Submission menu, then click in the link My Submissions.
• Click in the icon on the right on your accepted proposal (Add fulltext).
• At step 3, upload your .doc file in the section Main File, it will automatically be converted to PDF.
• You can also upload your .doc file in the section Supplementary data. If your paper is accepted, this MS Word file will be needed for publishing the proceedings.
